About the priesthood : The role of a priest is to introduce Jesus to the people. This is not always an easy task; some people may be skeptical or have hardened hearts. That is why it is so vital that a priest be a man of deep prayer and also be "another Christ" - that is, a priest must lead the people by example of imitating Jesus' life.
