The priesthood is a life of acting in the person of Christ. Whether it is celebrating the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, visiting the elderly, ministering to the youth, hearing a confession, or presiding over a funeral, the priest is Christ to those whom he serves. It is a life of dying to self so that others may live. |
